Book in a 1-2-1 Zoom session with me – if there isn’t any availability in your timezone or I’m booked out, e-mail me at rachel@periodwhisperer.com and we can see about slotting in some extra sessions. In these sessions I offer teaching you how to do a self womb massage, hand reflexology, yoga for pelvic health, teaching and reading cycle charts, nutrition and essential oils/aromatherapy.
