ONLINE YOGA CLASSES, YOGA STUDIO, COURSES & TEACHER TRAINING

Last year I did my 300 Hour Teacher training with My Vinyasa Practice and the quality of the materials and the teaching was excellent. They offer a huge range of styles of teaching, an online yoga studio live class format that you can sign up to, online courses which you can purchase separately (and some are free) on certain specific areas as well as an amazing teacher training programme.

The quality of the teaching was amazing and better than the previous two yoga teacher trainings I had been on, especially the peer support mentoring and feedback elements. Then I had a go at some of their classes online and those were great too and offered a wide variety of styles similar to yoga studios in person that I had previously attended. I am more than happy to recommend them because their content is clear, easy to navigate and understand and the offerings are always great quality.
