Real Plans Meal Plans

One of the toughest things when you try and change your eating habits or routine is actually figuring out what you can eat, what you want to eat, then planning out the recipes. And this can result in you giving up on a health or wellness goal you have. There is nothing worse than knowing you want to change your eating habits and you really try hard and just the figuring out what to cook, and therefor what to buy can be draining.

And then if you do get the produce and have every intention of cooking, you can then end up staring at all the items and wonder what you can make from them, or, if you have had a long day and just want to crash, just give up and order a pizza. I know as I have been there.

Real plans will come up with meal plans and provide the recipes for you, and has plenty of customisable options so you can say if you are GAPS, Keto, Low FODMAP, dairy free, gluten free, vegan, paleo or have allergies, as well as general healthy eating choices. It will even compile a grocery list for you.

I have used them myself when I just didn’t have the mental energy to figure out what to cook and prepare even though I knew preparing whole foods was way better for me than the ultra processed packaged food, and I still use them when my energy levels dip, and I just can’t adult anymore. This was a total game changer for me.
